This role is 100% on-site. 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. This is NOT a remote role.
Role Description:
The Full Stack Developer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining application solutions across both front-end and back-end technologies. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, collaborating closely with team members and stakeholders, and delivering scalable, high-quality software in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications using modern frameworks and languages
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other developers to translate requirements into functional solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Design and implement APIs and services to support application integrations
- Assist in architecture and platform decisions as appropriate
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing
- Optimize applications for performance and scalability
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in collaboration with the team
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on full stack development experience
- Solid experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular
- Experience with back-end development using C# / ASP.NET MVC or similar frameworks
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or MySQL; familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus
- Experience designing and consuming APIs and services
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
- Experience with version control tools such as Git
- Familiarity with front-end design patterns and responsive design
